    Browse or locate any of your listings or your colleagues quickly, easily and intuatively. Type any part of an address, owners name, email address, phone number or even price ranges, number of bedrooms to quicly be presented with a list of matching listings. View current listings, withdrawn listings, those in the process of being sold and those already sold.

    View comprehensive listing details including all photographs, map of the property (including driving directions).

    Review what websites each listing is loaded on, one tap to see the listing on that website. The number of virtual inspections is included for those websites that support it. If an update of a website is pending its clearly marked.

    Review, edit or mark as complete all the diary activities (that you have security clearance for) for each listing.

    Inspections

    View all the open homes scheduled as well as all the recorded inspections and their comments. You can even send a personal email to your Sellers listing all the recent inspections. Great for quickly feedback straight after an open home.

    History

    A complete history of significant events such as price changes, offers and contracts, website updates, change of staff members, etc are all listed under history. Can't remember when a price change occurred or an offer was rejected, just check under the listings history.

  • Advanced Searching

    Search through all listings using features, like price, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, suburbs, land size, house size, and many other features. Freedom supports residential, rural, land, commercial and industrial properties.

    You can then browse through the matched properties, tag those you might be interested in and send either a personal email or fancy bulk eBrochure to any email address or a contact in your database.

    A new listing can be easily matched to all prospective buyers in your database. You can also control the way the matching system works to loosen or tighten the matching criteria.

    Properties

    When Freedom is linked to AgencyMax you can access its comprehensive property database. You can navigate through your property database by street or suburbs. You can also do keyword searched to locate past sale information, land size, zoning and other rateable property information.

    Appraisals

    Browse and locate all your past appraisals quickly and easily. Check those appraisals you've marked for follow-up. Even enter a new appraisal, which will appear in your Offices Software to later be turned into a listing when you win the opportunity to sell the property.
