Our listing database tracks the entire lifecycle of a listing from Appraisal through to settlement or withdrawal, and all the steps in between. Moving a listing from one stage to another is as easy as right-clicking on the listing and selecting the new stage.

Tracking of your competitors listings is also included. When utilised in conjunction with our Market Monitor feature this occurs automatically, keeping you up to date on a daily basis on what your competitors are doing. Their new listings, those they have sold and those they have lost. Absolutely priceless information in a tough market, especially when prices are under pressure.
