AgencyMax has a central real estate contact database where all people and companies are stored. Depending upon what other involvement they have with your real estate business and staff will depend upon what other areas they may filter through to.

A complete history of all purchased properties, including any properties they are currently seeking is tracked. Any properties they currently own can also be listed, even including properties currently for sale with another agent. If you import real estate data from your local council or other similar source you'll have your own comprehensive property ownership database.

All contacts can optionally have buying preferences or even more than one, just in case they are buying a house and an investment property at once.
