Appraisals
AgencyMax incorporates a comprehensive database of all appraisals. You can record a considerable amount of information for each appraisal, this allows the printing of letter, sending of emails or presentations.
There is a provision for a price range and photographs. Allowing quite impressive letters or promotional material to be generated.
Appraisals are primarily linked to the address of the property. Unlike generic CRM systems that treat an appraisal simply as a person. AgencyMax has a comprehensive property database that allows you to manage your own complete database of property owners in your area, and having this directly linked to your appraisal history is very helpful.
Appraisals can be managed in a number of ways, you can ask the system to remind you to follow up the Appraisal by specifying a frequency (ie. weekly, monthly, etc). If you'd like to craft a comprehensive action plan of tasks to be performed for each appraisal, then you can add an Action Plan to the appraisal and the necessary tasks and appointments will be placed in all the appropriate staff's diaries.
Reports can be printed to list recent appraisals, or unactioned appraisals, or even lost appraisals.
For the Office as a whole and for each Salesperson, statistics regarding the number of apprasials performed and those won or lost, including conversion ratios, are collected and can be printed. The Office Review Report and Salesperson Review Report are good examples og how to review and act upon this information.

Building Database
If you work in an area that consists of a large number of highrise buildings, you'll appreciate the Building database. With this database you can link properties to building. This allows you to work with properties and listings on a building by building basis.
Why is this important? When marketing high rise buildings you need to work on a building by building basis. If you have a property for sale, you might like to notify other owners in the same building that you are currently marketing a property. When the properties sells, it is wise to notify them again. This is a common real estate technique called Hot Spotting. Hot Spotting is a very powerful technique to generate more listings and sales.
Of course, we support many hot spotting techniques for normal houses, where you are dealing with streets. Simply put, our building database allows you to do the same with buildings.
