We take the recovery of advertising charges very seriously. The advertising accounts work hand-in-hand with advertising monies help in trust. The Sales Admin (Contract) process always checks for any outstanding monies in trust or promised from the Seller. It will then, where legally possible, deduct those monies plus commission from any deposits held in trust, and failing monies in trust will generate the appropriate letters to solicitors/conveyancers requesting our commission and recovery of advertising.
To assist with cashflow, monies held in trust but available to be drawn down are ready identified, automatically.
