Browse or Locate Contacts

Browse or locate your contacts quickly, easily and intuitively. Type any part of their name, email address, phone numbers, or other information to be presented with a list of matching contacts. Tap their phone, sms or email icon to get straight in contact with them.

Contacts can be placed into types and you can then search and browse contacts using those types. Contacts can also be given a rating, this rating is often use as your subjective rating as to how likely they are to do business with you, and therefore it implies the frequency you should make contact with them.

Interests

You can setup interests within AgencyMax or Litehouse and then select or view those interests that each contact may have within Freedom. This is great for relationship marketing: you can create interests that align with your own, such as: motor racing, golf, boating, cricket, football, etc. Then tick those interests each of your contact has and then if something noteworthy happens on the golf circuit you can send them all an email about it. Its a great way to stay in touch.

Buying Preferences

For those contacts who you have qualified as potential buyer, you can record their buying preferences. Freedom support more than one set of preference at any time.

Buyers

Record all your potential buyers and their preferences. Search for them quickly and easy. Use the search to locate buyers by their preferences or use the advanced built in matching system to locate properties.

You can then contact the buyer by SMS, phone call, personal email or attractive bulk email to list the properties they may be interested in.

Buyer Matching

Freedom has a clever matching system where you can record all the detailed preferences a potential buyer indicates, then you can match based on all, or to broaden the match, only some of their preferences. This allows you to record a buyers ideal preferences, but to match on perhaps a more realistic set of criteria, more in-line with properties currently on the market.

Buyer Searching

The search system can be used to locate properties based on buying preferences. This has the advantage of not requiring a buyer to be recorded into the Freedom, beforehand. You may have just met a potential buyer at an open home and would like to do a quick match based on their requirements. A short list can be prepared and the buyer can flip through those property marking those they'd like further details or an inspection. A simple personal email or a fancy attractive bulk email can be immediately send.
